Very disappointed with this class, this program. It's disorganized, unhelpful and the speaker goes on and on and on about himself and family and what he does and what he likes; which aren't always related to learning about being a freight agent/broker. As someone who expected to really learn and be productive from this program, I give the instructor/creator of the program a 1 out of 5. I've learned more from the manual and other places I've researched.
