One of the people that should have been staying is Hannah. I don't understand why Samuel is considered a good fit for Glee. I find him arrogant, not at all humble and I really can't see myself getting "into" his character just because of what I have seen from this. Alex and Lindsay, who have struggled with "ego" have shown that it was insecurities that made them put on a front but once it was stripped down, they seemed genuine, and Damien is my clear choice haha. How could anyone not love him?

My problem with Lindsay and Alex is that if they make it onto the show, it seems like it would just be character recycling, and I don't want another Mercedes or Rachel after they're gone, I want new people who I can be interested in because they're unfamiliar and unpredictable. I like Damien, although the foreign exchange student schtick has already been done (sort of), and he seems to be one of the only ones who doesn't have an annoying large ego, and Samuel seems very genuine.

@ jumerry The winner has already filmed some of the episodes if not all of them because it starts again September 20 (I think that is what I heard). Also if Damian is the winner then he will be on tour with Celtic Thunder beginning in early September so it would be impossible for him to tour and film at the same time. I will get to see them on October 13. I hope he is still with them at the time.

@purplesocks Damian always dresses professionally, takes direction without argueing, and interviews well because he is a professional performer since age 14. Has been trained what to do and how to do it. This is why I have always thought he would win. I believe that while his "dancinc eyebrows" are of comment to the directors they realize that there is not much he will be able to do about them.

@kmelfina And to top it all off, Ryan and co. were pulling double duty with finishing up filming Glee season 2 (and I think pre-production, not filming, for Glee season 3). Working on 2 shows at the same time means twice as much footage and music to edit.

@kmelfina TGP finished filming in April. They have to film everything first and after that's completely done, the episodes have to be edited. And 10 weeks worth of footage is a lot. They have to cut and splice a lot to make room for commercials and how they want to portray the contenders. And they have to add the background music. Most reality show competitions aren't live.

@adorablecute2 I don't think the winner already shot on glee (cause he would have been seen on the set and the secret would be out!) They must keep it secret obviously to keep the suspens ... :)

Here's what I think: first of all, at the end of every episode you have a teaser for the next episode - which means it's already been shot. Second, some of the contenders (Lindsay and Hannah, Damian and Cameron) published videos on youtube from their own home, meaning they're back now.

@jumerry as i said in the previous comment , did the contenders live together? because they put videos after each episode and Damian recentally posted a video with Cameron and they seemed to be in home. so if they lived together during the show , and the videos are posted from home, that means that they already finished shooting.and also most of Damian or Lindsay tweets say :eating outside , or when Damian and Cam wanted to eat outside and lindsay responded saying ok , pick place/time .thanks
