I'm not positive because it has been a year since it was finished and I haven't seen it in a while, but if I remember correctly the song at the very end is the same one that appears earlier, around the middle of the film, when Nietzsche has a flashback of him playing the piano while Lou Salome sings. This is music that was actually written by Friedrich Nietzsche himself.
