There is no way in hell a person with a job could go through all of this trouble. Now this dude is apparently on "disability". So instead of spending all of this time getting documents and spending this free money your getting on court records (and riding your bike on the dragon) you should be out there hunting for a fucking job you free-loading bastard. Why do you want to get money from the court system when your already stealing money from the hard working american man?!

The problem is that no one should have to go to court over a made up crime as in this case. It's also ridiculous that he had to do all of what he did to fight the ticket when the state of TN knew they had no jurisdiction there. It's like a cop from Japan pulling you over, fining you, and telling you if you refuse to sign the ticket he's going to call someone to haul you away when this happens in the US. The cop in this case had 0 jurisdiction to do what he did.

@sidewaysdriver89 Way to talk about a veteran, ingrate. Anyway, he works in radio, tv, and has a website so he's not a "free-loader" in the sense that many welfare recipients are. I would prefer my tax dollars go to a guy like this who is actively standing up for people's rights rather than to most of the thugs and corrupt people in government or entitlement people who vote for Obama and his ilk.

Here in Ontario Canada if you get caught speeding 30mhp (50km) over the speed limit they impound your vehicle and take your license on the spot... then after 1 month you get your day in court.

3 years ago THP said it was going to arrest bikers and impound bikes on the Dragon for 50 mph in a 30 zone. THP put 18 cops on 11 miles at Deals Gap, did a few impounds and $800 tickets, but no arrests unless they ran. Cops in BC did kill biker cop Mickey Laton for speeding and were arrested for murder. BCSO is on trial for murder by shooting a cop 5 times in the back. TN named a highway to honor a convicted hit-and-run killer of a biker tourist in BC. Battle of Athens...
