The singer ruins the whole thing by drenching 90% of it in his awful pig squeal/bree-bree vocals, and adding shitloads of vocals in parts where there aren't lyrics. No matter how "inhuman" your vocals are, you're not gonna make the song any more "brutal" than the original - it don't get any more brutal than a pissed off crust punk band - which is basically what Napalm were at the time of "Scum", despite the inclusion of some Celtic Frost style riffing.

Besides the sole use of pig squeals/grunts, the one thing I hate about this cover is how the vocalist grunts during one of the best parts of the song (starting about 1:38). A nice, thrashy riff, and YOU CAN'T HEAR IT.
