I shook Chesty Puller's hand. I was a four-year Sgt (E-5) stationed at the 4th Marine Recruiting Headquarters in Philadelphia in 1969. The General was in Philadelphia to visit his son at the Naval Hospital. There was a 1st Marine Division reunion that year and I met him there. I SHOOK CHESTY'S HAND! :)
