To get to lich use EHS(enourmously huge skull)+DD(devil's dictionary) in dungen.

U get EHS from the boss superion who's combination is large skull+skel doll in dungen and u get DD from the boss amerion who's combination is mysterious skull+skel doll in dungen. good luck to who ever needed this info
