@Jeffoomey. i have heard of the Gympie pyramid site since i was younger. and deiced to go check it out with a friend.. being very considered to the owners of subdivided block and as to not disturb any o f the surface of the site or existing terraces. got some good footage hear well worth a watch!!! with some very interesting facts, the fact that the G.P predates cook... and isn't of aboriginal heritage tells us our conclusion.. no race has been said responsible for the site. rate and subscribe~N
Check my new ...Gympie Pyramid~ Legend of the so called "Gympie pyramid" with Nicko eshuys and Chris palfrey--- Me and a friend decide to go and check out this ancient terrace hill near gympie. Loved your vid i think your dead on the ball. please return the favour and view and rate my video.thanks for spending the time to debunk this. great job. peace Mate
@hypophosphorus666 nice video but the Gympie Pyramid is not ancient , it's just old terraces from previous farming operations in the 1800's done by Italian and Chinese immigrants
@mulcontent hey mate, I've heard of several different theories the Italian vineyard and Chinese rice farm theories have both been proven to be 100% incorrect. if you go to the video, read the description and comments.I've posted a link that debunks these theories completely.thanks for watching the vid.I don't believe it's a pyramid but it's proven to be pre-euro settlers and isn't of aboriginal heritage. In 1867 when gympie was founded, the locals used 90% of the site's stone to construct the town
@hypophosphorus666 Unfortunately the 10 year old site you posted is not reliable enough to base a scientific conclusion on , it falls into the same catergory as Rex Gilroy and co loony sites in my opinion , the Gympie Pyramid myth is a another well documented case of psuedo - archaeology gone unchecked on the web , despite many reports not one Egyptian / Phonecian / Sumerian / alien artifact has ever been found on Australian soil and thats a fact.
Finally someone with with common sence I have lived in kariong my whole life 30 years I know this site well as my father is a bushwalker I agree with this video Thank you for taking the time to make it .
Well done video and research. However I fear no matter how much evidence you put forward that the glyphs are not ancient you will sitll have believers. Keep up the good work!
@UnexplainedAustralia interesting but ide like to know your spin on the gympie pyramid, and why some aborigonals use egyptian words as part of thier language and also hand symbols.not being a smart ass just very interested in the topic.
@jeffcorney Hi I never visited the Gympie Pyramid Site. I have however been in contact with Archeologist Greg Jefferys who did a premilinary study of the pyramid. Check it out on his site stradbrokeislandgalleon I personally believe it is pre Cook.
