Also, Through the fire and the flames is actually a cover. The original writers is a band called Helloween, really old british speed metal band. If you look it up, you won't find it. Dragonforce bought the rights to the song so they can call it their own. Learn you're shit son. DF wouldn't be around if it weren't for the Big Four

Dragonforce are just Power Metal with intensified tempo and an emphasis on 90's videogames. Power metal and Extreme Power metal are entirely different branches of metal to thrash. Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and Iron Maiden (The best band in history) contributed more to Dragonforce than thrash metal.

@HeyPumpkin There based off of simple scales rather than a more diverse complex lick. Im use to playing megadeth which is considerably the most complex, diverse solo's, and riff's in metal. That isn't to say that all metal songs have to be difficult in order to be great im just saying that herman is way over rated compared to someone like Chris Poland, who really know's his instrument up and down due to a severed tendon and becuase he is coming from a jazz cultural feel.

Drums are 100%.

Keyboard is 100%.

Bass is 100%.

Vocals are around 90%.

Guitar solos and sweeps are around 80% (as expected on this caliber of music)
