Nice runs, I didnt know in baloon park it is possible to jump up the way you did. Fun thing is that on my Sega mega drive I have better time in Azure lake than you with assist tools :p

I remember triggering a glitch in Baloon Park in which I popped the second baloon before the timer started, got stuck in the ceiling and ended the level in around eight seconds. Only managed to do it twice.

Wow, Balloon Park was intense. Wouldn't it be possible to end up doing a sixth lap in any of them (ie complete another lap while it says "FINISH")

Only possible to do sixth and seventh (maybe even eight) lap with the Tails glitch.
