still illegal for the army...but as far as i know the CIA uses it to protect ViP the nsa uses it. blackwater mercanaries use it. cops are puppet's they are thugs them selves that run off with laws that are not backed by are constitution they shoot un armed people and steal your car if not ram needls in your arm at the same time and then have you pay a bunk ticket to the court's and if you have proof the DA will just avoid you in court and keep the proof out don't get me wrong there are some good cops but I have only met a few
