  • His Tongue May Of Have An Genetic Mutation Effect Or An Motor Neuron Disorder ... I Have Somethingg Similar To That Like My Albumnism itss okaay man bc , Mynes sooo worse.. But I Knoe Were Both Greatful.

  • huh? whats wrong with his tounge? i cant see anything wrong..??

  • @Grapefruit2000 He has a tongue that deviates to his right side indicating either a leison at the lower motor neuron of his right side or the upper motor neuron involving one of his cranial nerves (CN 12) also that innervates the genioglossius muscle. Very technical and subtle stuff.

  • whoa, ouch

  • @bluliite It's not painful. I have never seen fasciculations like this before - they are elicited here even when the muscle is not at rest and they're occurring in several muscle groups simultaneously. The unilateral tongue atrophy and deviation is very prominent.

  • from SPMMS my name is dr.wuletawu

and this disorder is from right side lesion of hypoglosal nerve.

  • Lower motor neurone dysfunction if there's wasting and fasciculations

  • i guess thats what they mean when they say look for a fasciculating tongue!

  • Right sided periferial type hypoglossal palsy (damage of nucleus or the nerve XII.)

  • nice vid!helps us in the medical profession!
