Could be a Shole of Perch..or other Fish,i have seen this happen on Loch Lubnaig in Scotland when i was Fly Fishing for Brown Trout..And thats what it was,just Perch.So nothing to get to excited about,i would have been out there on a Boat to see what all the fuss was about..
