Really people? Half of you are just as biased and dumb as you claim Huckabee to be. I support marijuana legalization, and I like Tommy Chong, I think he got set up and shouldn't have gone to prison, but he was being really rude. And if you want to know who David Evans is, they say who he represents at the beginning of this clip. A lot of what he was saying was true. The FDA did say it's not an effective medicine, and the MS Society does not recommend marijuana.

you are really underestimating alcohol, i've known individual people who suffered horribly from it. young people die(a friend), old people(who are against all non legal drugs) die from withdrawal. and old alcoholics that are retarded even when they aren't drunk who have liver or kidney problems from continued daily binge drinking. though i still think it should stay legal, just cops need to really crack down on drivers drunk on alcohol or on any drugs.

i was actually informed about my friend when i went to visit him at the mall by a woman(a hot chilean one ;)) who worked with him. she seemed unnaturally concerned about me as we hung out with the same people, i told her i only drink whiskey and not much(he died of alcohol poisoning), she said she doesn't care just the other things i do, i promised her i won't od anytime soon. she was really sad that day so i wouldn't feel right doing, yeah. she was a good friend that gave me discounts.
