I loved Dragon Quest 8, but all the new games are on the DS. And the PSX game is very expensive. Why not more home console Dragon Quest games?

DQ 8 is just an amazing game--the script was excellent, the voice acting was top-notch, the graphics and sound were great...imagine a PS3 or Xbox 360 DQ game...

i'm 1/2 stoked about dqx. i'm happy that it is going to be a console release. but i'm not overally happy that it'll just be a wii exclusive. a ps3 dragon quest could have been EPIC.

I'm not going to lie, I really never played the Dragon Quest series before (I was a FF fan)....until Johnny 'the kickass console gamer' opened my eyes. Since then I've bought IX and am looking to pick up some of the remakes for the DS because good God man, it's freaking awesome! Thumbs up for johnny making you appreciate the classics!

I know the feeling of colecting something signed. I don't have much but I did manage to get my hands on a bunch of signed Todd McFarlane stuff ( a spawn calendar and some advertisements for spawn) and I cherish it because for one its hard to get him to sign anything apparently. and two I'm a huge fan of spawn, and when he drew spiderman and stuff :) awesome video dude.

Mate that T-shirt is the dogs bollocks! How did I miss this DS game, I actrally also had an imported Super Famicom version of the game from the olden days. I was a kid then so I never thought it through in advance and when it arrived I thought I could fudge my way through it like Actraiser but alas, I was a fool, another great video mate!

I met Yujii Horii at Nintendo World in my DQ5 costume, had my DQ9 copy signed, and talked with him personally for 15-minutes, because no one knew who he was because I was the only guy in the building who cleared the series. I asked him a few questions and my favorite one was, "who makes the perverted jokes in your series, you or Akira?" his response(in English), "half and half." Perfect experience. I thought I was going to miss him but I caught him before I had to go.

Years ago, I never had any Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest games, and I really wanted to get 4, 5 and 6 of both FF and DQ.

But because I live in Australia, those games never got a PAL release and I had to rely on those games coming out on the GBA and DS since these handhelds are multiregion.

Now thanks to the FF games on the GBA and the DQ games on the DS, my goal to get FF 4, 5 and 6 as well as DQ 4, 5 and 6 is now complete.

If I die, I will be a happy gamer now.

Oh man I want that shirt! Wow and congrats on the signed Dragon Quest VI! Especially considering you hated that the Canadian copy had the French on it. Now you have a US copy AND a signature! Doesn't get much better than that. I think you paid a decent price for all that, definite collectors item. Dragon Warrior was my first RPG and will probably always remain my favorite series. I am just discovering DQ Swords for the Wii now, much better than I expected.
