  • I LOVE rapala. they need a store that JUST sells rapala. and EVERY SINGLE colour of every single style of bait.

  • Finland quality. The best lurecompany ever !

  • i tried them , they dont work and also i cant throw them too far cuz they are ot heavy.

i have to put some weight to throw it far. and with the weight it looses its nature movements. i use real bait like squid and small fish. thx for sharing though. this shit just for commercials and business. catch a fish stick the fuckin rapala or whatever and record it in camera and u ready to sell as much as u want. if this works why fisherman pay money to buy real bait !!!!

  • got 2 of these for free at a fishing exposition! they work great!

  • should we use a sinker with a lures

  • i got like 10 of each of those rapalas bc my dads a pro fisherman for rapala

  • i have that one at 0:31 !

  • you americans produce the best lures in the world ,if any one knows any good retailer sites please let me know thanks

  • @RICHARDTOMLEY10WHARF i know right but everything has to be made in china

  • @TheIcoolable yes thanks mate im aware now most produced in china /far east etc ,but im looking for retailers in us who ship to uk as we have very little range of lures here most dealers here do not stock much variety ,i meet chap while spinning he buys only from us ,but i have not seen him this year

  • @RICHARDTOMLEY10WHARF

Cabelas and Basspro both ship overseas and the prices can be reasonable. Check the clearance or discount postings. These are the two largest retail chains in the US. Search around for some other sites for independent web retailers. Good luck fishing !

    Dizzydog214

  • @Dizzydog214 cheers mate ill look them up ,im worried about sending money to hong kong etc ,they may not be genuine plus the range in usa is massive ,thanks mate ,tight lines ,bye

  • are you left-handed?

  • lake of the woods muskies and northern love the xr 14 saltwater rap in ghost and blue mackeral. i wish they made them even bigger say 10" and dive to 10-12 ft.

  • Hey guys I have a product review of the Rapala DT Thug on my channel check it out. It's under rapala dt thug or xbassxpro. Thanks.

  • how much do these lures cost in the U.S? they cost around £13 over here which is about $24. they do work but ive found lures that cost three quarters of the price that work just as good.

  • @MrBoon22 they cost anywhere from 7-11$

  • waht are those lures, please answer

  • @shadowrslayer I use flyin "C", red with a silver blade, they catch me all the fish i want

  • @shadowrslayer Rapala X-RAP XR-10's

  • @MrBoon22 there like 10 bucks in the states

  • magnum rapala x-rap shallow dive in glass ghost 7in. is the best lure i have found for fishing barracuda in california and cabo.

  • this is a good video

  • gotta love rapala, but why do they only use 20 lb or less mono? 30 lb power pro in red is the equivalant as 10 lb mono and it stronger and ties better

  • i think power pro sucks, its the thickest braid i know of

and we have one here in sweden which most pike fishermen use, asnd vertical jigging and ts nearly double the strenght of PP and looks the same

  • really? for me it works wonders, but im fishing in a dirty lake in North Carolina so my veiw might be bad

  • it works, has good nots and so on but the strenght to diameter ratio is bad, so strike wire it is

also the colour of the line wears of after a short time

  • my red seems to have slightly worn after a couple of summers

  • Because Mono unlike braided line has a lot of stretch, thus helping the angler with a good hook set with out the worry of breaking them off "ripping their lips."

  • mono has stretch in its line and that's needed when fishing a surface lure and has awesome knot strength. so when fish hits it, it has the stretch it needs and knot strength.

  • by the way, RAPALA IS THE BEST!!!!!!!! i have the perch style

  • hey bellythug, hes not u r

  • hmmm.... I've always slowly pulled the lures in, never tried pausing and jerking them, i'll give it a try

p.s, i'm starting to grow a beer belly

  • for saltwater i like the subsuface walk the dog and the slashbait. both the x raps

  • Canadian Tire

  • Why does this cunt call a LURE a BAIT?...what a cock

  • its a hardbait.....

bait doesnt just mean "live bait"

  • Where can i purchase these lures?

  • wal mart has them

  • sporting good stores....

    walmart also

  • @WEESTRAWZ walmart

  • @WEESTRAWZ walmart

  • @WEESTRAWZ well ,erm u can get those in fihsing shops that sells lure or ask around on the internet.

  • It does, he probably meant to say awesome lol

  • these x rap are realgood for waleye at nite time, but they must be fish real slow

  • nice video!

  • my younger bro is nuts about lures, catfish, other fish, etc

  • i fish the x-rap, jointed minnow, shad rap, and the husky jerks and ill tell u what...... they are great for large mouth bass here in south carolina. especially in the shallow golf course ponds.

  • I'm starting to dislike rapala.

I fish for pike and perch here in the netherlands. But it seems that rapala starts to forget their original way of producing good quality lures.

The only thing these guys make now are x-raps and balsa lures with a bad finish.

If you look at the old rapala colours, specially the ones that are silver plated. You see the original quality rapala lures. The ones they make now aren't anyway better than their little sister company storm.

    R.i.p Rapala.

  • don't agree at all... rapala is way better now than ever. better hooks come standard and more durable construction methods + consistancy out of the package

  • rapla? say it properly, rapaaaaaala :P

  • lol thats what i thought...

  • but in other colors ofcourse

  • of caurse u can, that is what we use in swe

  • RAPALA IS FINNISH <3

  • can i caught also pikes with this

  • let me tell you guys that i thought this lure didnt work cause i used it before and never caught anything but today i caught four striped bass that were around four pounds each. 7/9/08

  • banjo minnow.

ahhhh !!! el video esta muy bueno

  • lol

    jk

  • salmo suck shit triple s

  • o yea, get a perch colored one.

  • to catch northerns, in the late spring/early summer, go into the shallows with weeds and cast in there with a shad rap or original, i catch like 2 or 3 a day plus bass and walleye

  • I have one of those. brown one.

  • Rapala's caught me more bass than anything

  • dude, your stupid.

    why can't it be 9:59?

  • if there gonna make a vid thats 9:59 y doesnt it just be 10 minutes?

  • loweys lures are the best........ made in my garage ....england

  • its a great lure caught plenty on this one!

  • salmo lures are the best

  • I agree. "Salmo" lures are better. They swim better and look better.

  • i really really really wanna know where in miami can i go to catch peacock and what lure should i use?

  • rapala...gotta love em

  • lüfer familyası avında istavrit renkli rapalayı deneyin, pişman olmazsınız! Use rapala with horse mackerel pattern for bluefish, you won't regret!!

  • I'll test this one on this weekend:)

  • are these any different than the regular x rap?

  • yes they go alot deeper

  • i hate when they 'literally' beg people to buy their products. obviously its all made up and just an honest explanatory video would have been much better.

  • rapala, the best.
