You need to work on ur technique bro, ur throwing urself around during the EZ barbell curls, which is cheating and i agree with jullawat, not to squash ur arm up against urself. Good stuff tho keep at ur training and just try and keep more strict with the movement.

Pretty good for 12. Get a straight bar to bench and curl and get a bench or something to do your bench press and you will get a lot stronger

pretty goood. but ur not flexing ur biceps right when u flex both arms at same time u need to extend ur arms out . but flexs ur back next video . nice video. im not a bodybuilder though . i have a horrible diet and have 7% body fat.

for age 12, that is impressive. Big arms with terrific veins. You have good pecs, unusual for 12, and good abs. Strong too. Keep it up. You're a terrific athlete!!!
