  • There is nothing wrong with a 12 year old having muscle. Sure maybe he should wait another year or two, but its better then sitting on his ass all day playing video games. Your probably sick of hearing this but you should be careful with weights at your age. I'm not saying you should stop, but it can be easy if you start too early to lose interest in it. Just keep at it. Good job man.

  • How heavy are your dumbbells? And how many reps? I'm pretty short for my size, so I do 11 pounds. 25 reps biceps curls, 15 reps triceps, 30 reps forearm curl, 25 reps shoulder press, 25 reps dumbbell fly, and 25 reps dumbbell press. That pretty good? Cause it's doing pretty good for me.

  • @machinima1998 Well, im a gym instructor and i highly recommend u to start doing weights at 16, Because ur muscle will grow more than the bone and u wont be able to grow and u will damage the tendonds.

  • You need to work on ur technique bro, ur throwing urself around during the EZ barbell curls, which is cheating and i agree with jullawat, not to squash ur arm up against urself. Good stuff tho keep at ur training and just try and keep more strict with the movement.

  • Eat more carbs and protein, no protein = your body eats your own muscle for protein. Also im also a "bodybuilder", but if you want to get big big just wait untill your around 15 when your testosterone kicks in. All your doing now is burning body fat.
