Pretty darn good. is that maple side and back? is the top Sitka Spruce or Engelmann Spruce? nice song. good voice. like the slight reverb on the voice. the background is a KILLER, like the tonight show...=)

ive had my Kona K1 Black and Brown Sunburst for like 6 7 years now i got it at a pawn shop i love it and would never get rid of it but its not the new K1s its when Kona looked like this on the headstock ( KONA ) great vid keep it up

agreed scott, i have had a kona k1 trans blue, and it sounds by far better than my more expensive acoustics. Great Texas made guitars. Im going to get the Kona special next weekend, cant wait to try her out. Keep up the good jams, nice Mother cover too. Peace and Chicken Grease

Hi Scott:

First, excellent voice, music and performance.

Second: Why do you play a Kona? Is it personal peference? I have alwas had my eye on a Taylor but the $ is out of my league. I played a Kona in a pawn shop and the sound was really close to a Taylor.

Why do I play Kona? There's a number of reasons. They look great. They sound great. They are built sturdily enough to put up with the abuse I put them through. Best of all though, is that they don't break the bank. You get professional-level quality at starter-level prices. Sorry to sound like a commercial, but you asked, and I answered. Hope that helps!
