  • I can think of numerous instances where one can easily be too prepared. I also believe you should not attempt to make a risk analysis based on two or three incidents. I do agree on the principle though.

  • Doesn't 158+186=344?

    Wouldn't it just be easier to do the days between the first and last incident and divide it by the number of incidents?
