Hi Angel,

Great job! When All That Glitters Isn't Gold came out, I wore out the 45 playing it on the radio station (we put vinyl directly on the air still in those days). That record had such a horrible cue burn! I thought it would have hit higher, really. Good tight, cute song. I did afternoon drive, and used it at least twice per shift. I'm sure people driving home on the highway knew all the words by the time I was done with them! Ha ha.

Good song. Though I always kinda hated the time when the 80s were transitioning into the 90s. Nothing was quite as good as it was a few years earlier. IMO '86-'87 were the absolute best years for music, fashion, and freestyle/dance. After that it was a slow death into crappy C+C Music Factory type crap.

I was in California at Venice Beach and saw the Covergirls filming scenes for this songo. This is definately a different video concept from what I saw in Cali in 1988 or 1989. Anyone know if there is another video version of All That Glitters isn't gold???
