You don't fully understand the sport unless you play it. Not to sound rude but I take offence to people that talk crap about a team I like. Say what you want about the fight and who's fault it is or whatever, but these announcers are the two biggest homers I've ever heard. That won't get you to the big leagues, boys. A goalie not taking off his mask is the biggest act of cowardess. I'm a goalie (not a very good one, but nonetheless) and if I'm jumping in the action, even to help a teammate, the mask is coming off.

The condors player does NOT JUMP INTO ESTRADA. He leaves his feet as a result of the check. And he does not take several strides to hit Estrada, because if you actually watch the video, you see that the condors player is in front of the net while Estrada is skating down the boards. So NO, IT WASN'T CHARGING. I am not saying the NHL is wrong, I am saying YOU are wrong. According to your definition, ANY check is charging. You need to watch more hockey. No charge, clean hit, SRO is a pussy.

First off, that was a clean hit. He didn't leave his feet until the contact was made. And the entire line brawl was awesome.

But I have 2 comments... First off, yes, the goalie should have taken his helmet off but the Reign goalie should have simply grabbed it and pulled, so he's an idiot for not doing that.

And the third man in... Estrada came over after the fight looked like it was over and Estrada looked like he was just doing the linesmans job, and then he took a punch for it. He hit back

The Defensman didn't leave his feet to make the hit. He ended up with his skates in the air AFTER the hit. Clean hit all the way. If you have the puck, there is one rule - keep your head up or you will get hit. End of story.

It'd be a totally clean hit IF he didn't leave his feet, to hit him. That's my only possible problem with it. If he doesn't leave his feet, it's a clean / crushing check. (And Im a Kings fan so I am a Reign fan, and that didn't deserve any penalty, but winning 5-1 with less than 2 minutes, I would totally stand up for my teammates in that situation.
