i think she is only tone deaf. not completely unable to hear. which is why early she couldn't sing with the rest of the class.

i thought that she both felt pressured to be with the teacher and she identified with him bc she is at odds with her classmates the way the teacher is at odds with his collesagues so they have that in common and get together but really she loves shi eun but shi eun is more ambivalent about hyo shin than hyo shin about shi eun
