They are from down South dude. They have picked up some country sounds but they still rock! Just listen to King of the Rodeo or Trani! Lynrd Skynrd is the same way and they are one of the greatest rock bands ever. There is nothing wrong with taking influeces from your home. And using "gay" like that just makes you seem ignorant.
