I don't understand what he says except the part of the short joke. As a peruvian I'd love to know what he's saying to know if I should like him or not.
@Anvangima In Peru, it should be an school subject to study quechua, I think it is much more culture than to study, for example "educación religiosa" that in fact, is "educación católica",most of all, because it is supposed to be a secular country... Well. probably in the future.. I hope.
