I tried this and I didn't notice any improvements, I think i just used 1 bottle because it was so pricey, but how long should I have to be on it to see improvements??

@loveisyors B 12 comes in 1,000 units and they are cheap to buy.Take 4 pills a day of 1,000 units=4,000 units.

If you have a B12 deficiency it will show itself after 30 days and you will become calmer if that doesn ot change things keep adding things like B100 vitamins 2 times daily,D3 6,000 units daily,Vitamin C 1,000 mgs daily or Sodium Ascorbate the real vitamin C 3 tsp's daily.

I am doing well on my True Hope Vitamins and I would suggest them INSTEAD if you have the money.

it works very well and ive been on it for over a year...two tips though, make sure you drink lots of water to help nutrient absorption and take omega 3 fish oil supplement with it, it also improves brain function it works very well!!!

Ok So I made a comment a few min ago About this stuff, and here is a great Example of how well it works. Before taking this Stuff My Memory Sucked ...I could Litteraly be told tree things, names, Numbers what ever, Then turn Walk Five steps and forget 1 or all of the things I was suppose to remember....And I remebered this Song. I have it on My computer. I had it on an Album called Pure chill out. The Song is by a Group called Adiemus. I remebered That!!!!!!

I will say This stuff is a God sent, and I don't Believe in God. I made the mistake of not re-ordering on time now I am out, and up with Insomnia. Unlike Drugs, with no side affects, there is the "if you stop Taking it" Problem. But you can compare it to that of a prosthetic leg, although your still able to move, your just not as good without the Prosthtic leg.....And It is Killing me I know this song But I can't remember. It May be from Hotel Rwanda, or Lion King...Someone help me out.

I have been on empower for ten months,it works wonders on anxiety and depression... Truehope has another product called "Total Amino solution " that also knocks anxiety..... (-: Try it YOU won`t be sorry :-)

I have taken it, but it is far too expensive to keep up with it. I feel it did help a lot with my anxiety.

My best friend was diagnosed a couple years ago with bipolar. She needs to be on a daily med to keep her from having episodes. She stopped taking her meds for a while to take CNE - it has done her wonders, I have never seen her personality more stable than when she takes this stuff. It works great for her niece too.

This stuff works, it's just pricy.

@jow781 If you can't afford TRUE HOPE then look at the ingrediant list as I have done. 4000 units of B 12 water soluable which REGULATES mood issues.

My wife is a sweet person with anxiety but she became depleeted of B 12 and the doctor found that and told her to take b 12 WHICH IS CHEAP. MONTH LATER AND SHE SAID SHE HAS NEVER FELT BETTER. :0)

THe best thing is TRUE HOPE but B 12 is a mood stabalizer and 4000 is reconmended for the first month then 2000 daily.

I have personally used empower plus for 6 years ...its works. Ive been medication free for 6 years.
