That's because all of those animes/mangas you mentioned are a genre called Harem. Harem is when there is one guy surrunded by multiple girls who like that guy. Reverse Harem is one girl surrounded by multiple guys.

i don't understand one thing, why is it that most mangas always follow the plot where the main character has multiple affairs i.e. even in this anime there are 6 girls who are behind tsukune and in high school of dead also has the main character having double affairs ,sekirei too and many other mangas to have the same theme.
