Hip Hop is not moroccan, if you are happy to just "sound like" somebody instead of actually "being" somebody then I don't know about all that. Look at Nass El Ghiwane For Example, or Jil Jilala, you don't have to use those old lyrics nor those old tunes, my point is don't be a follower, be a leader in modern moroccan music. Good Luck!!
