They basically ruined the whole thing with Apollo Justice, as now we know that two months after T+T, Phoenix loses his attorneys badge. And if they do try to rescue the plot and get him back his badge, he'll be a 33+ lawyer who might look like a hobo. Which pretty much spoils the whole young, loveable attorney thing.

Whatever direction they decide to go in now, we need a PW game. And they need to bring back the Feys.
