Hmm... I think that you can get a police uniform from one of the girlfriends (the one living in a desert town far to the north), but I don't think you can get an FBI uniform.

In general, you can change clothes by going into a special room in one of CJ's safehouses. The one on Grove Street is located upstairs in CJ's mom's house.

This is a great stunt to do a flip on. Lean back until the flip is complete and then straighten the bike out to land even. It doesn't matter if you land on a car ;)

Did this one with a bicycle, without knowing this was a stunt jump. And yes, i did do a bunny-hop from the ledge with maximum speed.

Didn't reach the street, but a came very close to the ledge of the house (the house that has been jumped over in this video).

Bunny-hop was performed with very weak "bicycle skill" btw.

you need a better and faster bike a NRG-500 or something you get 1 after finishing bike school PS: you can get that bike when you get only gold

You can actually get a NRG-500 bike from the very start of the game by going to a multistory carpark building located northeast of Grove Street (you ride past that carpark building with Big Smoke at the end of the mission "Just Business"). That's a very good location to know about. :-)

However, you probably don't have much motorbike skill early on in the game, so the Las Venturas bike school is recommended for serious bike stunting.

You may be right about the clothes not appearing in certain versions of the game, I don't know. If I had to guess though I'd say I bought them in San Fierro.

If you don't have good enough weapons then I suggest that you do any other missions that are available to you right now and come back later to take over territories if you need to.

*hint* I don't want to spoil the storyline for you, but it's not worth it to take over many territories this early in the game. Do a few more missions and you will see why. *hint*

I don't remember where I bought the clothes CJ is wearing in the video, but the store may not have been unlocked for you yet.

Durrr get body armour, as many gangmates as possible, some weapons and then start a gang war. After that, go camp in some corner or on a roof where you "bottleneck" your rivals so that they will get shot when entering your sights. x))

I don't use any cheats. The key to getting gang territory is to have good weapons (AK-47 or better, and maybe a sniper rifle for when enemies run away) and not getting too close to your enemies. Also make sure that you are not attacked by several enemies or groups of enemies at a time - if that happens you can lose both health and armor really quickly.

yeah! there ain't no NRG or FRC motorbike cheats at all. Well I can help you, NRG is founded in the easter basin in san fierro or in the parking building at the west way in the stadium, and for FRC you can find it at..... anyway I don't know where to find it but NRG is a racing bike. it is faster than FRC.
