I bought this car a year ago...at a Toys R Us. Hotwheels makes one in white as well. ; ) Thanks for this informative video regarding this piece of automotive history.
@RANDOMIST4LYF isnt it amazing how racing organization's rules hindered the development in the private car sector . if nascar hadn't outlawed overhead cams (when fords cammer engine hit the track and dodge said they would ohc the hemi), we would have had ohc engines in the 70s . funny though the rules that stopped development sorta shot the big 3 in the foot.
@Hemi4127 I agree, what most if not all racing organization's is that they ban anything that gives one team an advantage, take a look at the double diffusers that brawn gp used in 2009 to gain a huge lead for the first half of the season and look at the f-duct Mclaren used in 2010, a huge advantage for strait line speed and since it tip the favors to mcalern, the FIA just ban the whole thing.
One the bright side, Mercedes are working on a system that works like the f-duct on the front wing
You love the old stuff...OK the 300 Gullwing is what you want, right? I've driven one of the aluminum bodied ones...only two or three of those left. Great car.
Tyrelly with 6 wheels is the most ugly racing car in history
