U sure you got the right jack? 11:09 you can see Jack Sparrow with his hat and jacket. When you did the minifigure close-up he didn't have his jacket nor his infamous hat. Thumb this up so he can see.

@kgavin187 the minifig jack at 11:09 is the jack that comes with the set if you look at the pictures when he flips the box sideways at 0:32 he must have used another jack to either show it like jack was in the movie, or he just grabbed the other one by mistake, but the one in his waistcoat and no hat is the wrong one, the full captain jack sparrow outfit with hat and coat is the right one
