when Sri MSR garu was in Rajahmundry, there was indo china war & his son was in air force in war front, there was no news of him for weeks so sri rao garu was worried & asked my father about Sundarakanda. My father asked him to do parayana for 40 days & before completion, news came that he was safe. MSR was famous in singing javaleelu... like jayadeva keerthans.. I was 15 years old and he wanted me to learn javaleelu... alas it was not materialized. Now I am an ardent fan of MSR
