Brushing your hair too much? Remember a few decades ago, women did the "100 hairbrush strokes"? They said it stimulated their scalp and make the hair grow faster, and that it also made it glossier. There is some truth to that, but I see women brushing their hair as if they were punishing it. So rough they are!
