ok, he was born 5/30/07 died 8/13/07. he was in the hospital 4 days. thats 8/10-8/13. if u do the math there are 31 days in may, so 30+1, 30 days in june, that puts him at 31 days old, 31 days in july makes 62, 10 days later was august 10. 62+10= 72 days= 10 weeks 2 days. 10 not 9 stupid news woman. he was 75 days old when he DIED duh

omg! 10 years??? That is terrible! I'm so sorry for your lose! And Im outraged that he killed this baby and, all he got was 10 years! God Bless the family!!

I agree that ten years is not enough too.
it is very sad that he was only sentenced for ten years .Chris Temple has another baby now and i think that wont be right because he will miss when he starts to walk and starts to talk he is going to miss all of that. And what is he going to tell to his little kid?

thank you for the suport i still cant belive he got shacken at 10 weeks old. I miss baby Aidan so much the onl time i saw him was in the hospitol after he was shacken and was pretty much dead. any move he made it wasnt him it was his nerves. when ever he opened his eyes it wasnt him . he would have problems for the rest of his life.

@mommy333cc aw :'( im so sorry. im sure you were a wonderful aunt. aidan was a beautiful boy. i have a niece who turns 3 on tuesday and if some kid tried to do that to her i'd chop his head off.

@mommy333cc Iam so sorry, A friend of mines daughter was shaken by her father and he was never charged. She has survived but has very little qaulity of life. i understand how you feel.
