Right after they show the blood on her hand someone from the team starts bandaging her hand and it (the bandage) accidently slips down from the injured place and there is neither blood nor wound. If she had been shot in the medial forearm, you'd see a spray of blood because of all the arteries that complex that side of the forearm. She then goes off camera again, running back for the truck. Only then is "blood", or what looks like blood is visible.

On tv you couldn't fully examine this. This is what those liars are counting on. May look real, but look closer.
