well, i'm no expert, but in the book which is much more explicit than this, it says they have a tradition of dry humping ever since they almost did the real thing in a graveyard. perhaps she is really giving him a hand job, perhaps they are just dry humping. i personally can't get a clear picture of exactly what they are doing. i can infer that they started off with intentions of a hand job, maybe they got turned on and abandoned their scheme for dry humping. but alas, i am no genious or expert.
