It does NOT WORK!!

And customer service for them are RUDE!!

I tried shreding cheesse and it would not work.!

I tried the choper for tomatoes.. Same!! I used the chopper from Tupperware and that worked much better!

The juicer.. I got plastic pieces in my juice! WTF?

And when I called Customer Service.. They told me i had to pay 30 dlrs for shipping it to them.. and 30 dlrs to get a replacement back! Seriously!?

And cust rep was so rude! When I asked for supervisor.. He took 20 min to answer

Bullet Express Machine and Customer Service should

give you a new one. Take photos of your machine showing

the pieces of plastic in the juice. When you call ask to

speak to the head boss or manager of the company.

The people in customer service does not know how to

take care of this matter not in a professional maner.

Tell the boss that customer service was rude.

send an e-mail to the company of your concerns.

Hi, can you please tell me what is in the replacement base gears included and how much would you charge? I am after the 3 blades and the 'nut' at the bottom of the blender which interlocks with the engine. Thank you

i just got this bullet express

and was checking how to assemble

but when i came to the blade part i didn't know how to take it out

do u think u can make a video on how to do that

Hi katty123567890, It is easy to take out

the blade. Put your toole under the blade

and lift up the blade so it will come off.

In this video I show the toole to use to

lift up the blade. Be careful when you lift

up the blade with the toole because the

blade is sharp.

Hi donsgurl, The Bullet Express Machine is excellent and

it works just like you see in my videos and the

video that you see on the infromercial. Everything

that they do is true. I have sliced, mixed, and

juiced using all 3 features. The machine is

well strong matrial and easy to use and clean.

It is very important to read all the instructions

in the booklet before you use the machine so

that you know what to expect when turning on machine. Excellent  Buy Merry Christmas

People say the motor sometimes overheats and smokes. I wonder why they only made it with 400 watts

Hi spotdathief, Yes you are right. The Bullet Express does

overheat and you have to let the machine rest

for like 5 min or more so it will start up again.

The booklet that comes with the machine

lets you know that the machine needs to rest

in between time. I know because after using

the machine it started to smell and would not

go on and so then I let it rest for about 10 min.

and then it started up again. At first I said OH NO

I burned out the motor Rested was OK
