i am so pissed that they used my fav song in the resident evil trailer, i mean im kinda happy because they finally used an epic song for a women in a movie that kicks ass but im 15 and i knew this song long before this new trailer for re cameout, its my dream to become a director when i grow up, and i was planning on using this in my movies trailer(not joking around here) so im a little pissed!

one of the best movie scores i ever heard since the dark knight i think tron is the second or maybe the first, it could be so great if the producers of the dark knight rises would decided to put daft punk in the tdkr with hans zimmer we would been talking about the best movie score ever but i hope daft punk makes more movie scores.

I love the Analogy of the Track's Title:

In the Movie, this Track plays during the Scene with the Grid-typical RECOGNIZER. On another Plane of Interpretation, it is the Scene in which Sam fully recognizes that all the Dreams his Father made him dream and which he has forgotten for so long are true, recognizes that the Grid is real, and therefore himself becomes, even though in a totally different Way, a RECOGNIZER!

Amazing track, I love this , just in case you didnt know, the nice part at 1:47 is the same one that played before at 1:10-1:30, the reason most listeners notice only the 1:47 part is because of the louder and higher pitched instrument sound, other wise it is just the same, I prefer the 1:10 part as much as the 1:47 the whole thing is beyond

Since you mention it, why are so many film score clips always pitched up half a step on YouTube? It always sounds wrong.

@hambone1138 I know, it sounds horrible when the music is altered - I can't stand it either. People alter the sound because they don't want YouTube to block the video due to copyrights. YouTube has a system that can detect videos with copyrighted material. However, the higher pitch goes undetected. Mine is the original (unaltered) and I got lucky.

I believe this was mixed in Hans Zimmer's studios and you can really tell. Sounds very Zimmer-like.
