good point, but neither you nor the fantastic mountain rescue people can stop people who dress innapropriately - its not a crime.
Whats worse is tories cutting back on ministry of defence spending, so more soldiers will be ill equipped - now that IS a crime, but I almost forgot that soldiers dont have human rights like you or I
Talk to the mountain rescue people and see what they think of jeans and trainers.
