They're souped up,it's a hobby here in belgium for some of us,to buy a scooter and tune it his looks and engine.

It's illegal of course damn cops!So we install limiters to fool them:D,they cost around 500 bucks used and the parts in total cost around 2000 bucks,so you will have to get a job.

We race them also mostly dragraces.Stock they run 33mph they can't run any faster by law, but some scooters go up to a 100mph.

Believe me i know because it's my hobby:P
