I dont think she has a rounder face beacuse of some extra weight, its just a different face shape than her sister, kat has the heart shape face with the pointy chin, and meg the round, but that's just the shape of her head, (I think.) well whatever it is, meg fits in it, like a true beauty, she fits in everything <3
