He advocated the use of Arms if necessary for the defense of a free and independent nation. We're not in the late 18th century, but as we very well know, history often repeats itself. We cannot ignore the advise and wisdom of our forefathers for the comforts and wishful thinking of our times. Most of the founding fathers comments were made as a warning and guidance for Posterity.
