My only suggestion would be to see if someone has posted the entire film here on YouTube. While I don't agree with the practice, and think movies look like crap in YouTube quality, you might at least be able to find the segment with the closing credits. Even though they're in Korean, perhaps you could direct others there to help ID the singer, or take a screencap and ask around at some K-film forums.
