Deadly Outbreak (or Deadly Takeover in some markets).

Probably one of his better films.

There are some martial arts, but overall it's more of an action film a la Die Hard.

You have to know what to expect, this is an indy action flick, but for the genre it has above average photography and some cool stunts.
