I just purchased this gun from pyramydair and all i can say is wow! for the money what a gun. I opted for the .177 size. this thing is awsome the only thing i dont like about it is that the laser sight is very hard to sight in and becomes inaccurate after just a few shots. And the best thing i think on this rifle is the scope its very easy to use and the light up cross hairs are GR8 at night. the tactical flashlight is just that tactical. That thing lights up a night shoot like a brick shithous

Hi, sorry im a bit late commenting, how did you find the Tac 77? Im looking for a break barrell rifle and trying to decide between a .177 and a .22.

I've got a BSA meteor at the moment, just starting out, it's a .22 and quite decent power considering what it is. How's the power of this compared to the meteor which i think is 8ft lbs?

I bought the Tac 77 in a hunting shop in northern Michigan, it uses .22 pallets, and has the power of 1000 ft/sec.

There are two versions of the Meteor; the Mk6(450 ft/sec) and the Mk7(570 ft/sec)

as you can see the TAC 77 has more power than the Mk6 or Mk7.

I think it cost me around $140.00.

I don't have any problems with it. I dom't remember the name of the store, but you should be able to fingd it in most hunting and rifle stores.

it depands on if u zero it in correctly. If u do it right its very accurate.

It does not shake loose or anything. I'v never had any problems with it. If u know how to use a scope than u propably will not have any problems with it either.
