the difference between parkour and free-running is free-running involves flips and tricks and parkour does not parkour is using the body to get from point a to b as fast and efficent as possible and parkour does not include competitions free-running does people use them interchangabley but really they are two different things. just saying.

My brother broke his knee in 3 different places from a wallfront and had surgery . His foot slipped and after doing a full rotation and he landed on his knee. We spent Christmas in the hospital.Not only that, we also lost 4,000 euro because we had planned on going to Paris. So when your mother says don't jump off a building, it's dangerous(as my mother would say) , it probably is;so be careful.
