I finally found out that Quicktime (on my PC) can take a sequence of images, open it like a video, and thusly be able to save it as any movie format you like (that Quicktime supports).
Also, I just found that Adobe ImageReady Can also work on multiple frame/image sources to create things like videos and GIF animations (I've made many of my time-lapse videos into GIF's for my phone)
what program did you use to make it into an animation.....like from all the pictures into an animation

it's a mix hobbies ... drawing with light during a long photographic exposure(repeated many times) and then compiled into an animation.
