I got a lvl55 sm with 2.3k mb and 1.6-1.7k ma + over 350 spell crit with buffs and hits normal around 1.6k-4k pvp and cirts more than 7k with a single instant skill.
and what i remember when I was lvl 25 I did already over 1.7k dps.

the holy shield has to be use against assasins, glad, templars...always you use doon lure and grab the enemy stun with the shield...with rangers, chanters and assassin, use shield and sword...for sorcerer, sm, templar, glad, cleric use the great sword.

SPirit master is the class where your spirits do the damage but your character is a loser squishbag The trick to killing them is the exact opposite m8. Them first
@DAEcrazydude well not really templars have the aether armor buff which increases ur magic resist by 800 for 30 secs which is enough agianst even a full Magical Accuracy spiritmaster because fear is the key of the spiritmaster's technique without the fear spiritmaster's will just be able to rely on their spirit + if you have silence godstone which is easy to get or even easier to buy spiritmaster's won't know what hit them
@cincameron Im speaking of back pedaling away as in hitting s or the down arrow key, theres this thing caled key binding while mouse moving, yea you dont use arrow keys to move or wasd you use the mouse and then hit your abilites with keys that you set

there is a battleground inside the great cities wherein you can fight with your same race that was called an Arena . there you can really duel other classes and lvls.
well maybe they somehow improoved the lag issues + graphics I was playing it from the release so maybe ur right. But honestly, this game is obviously for farmers and hardcore players ;p. Its like a big korean farm. I managed to ding lvl 50 with my templar but farming this "honor" in abyss all the time was just too much for me so as the damn crafting which was redicolous. And about pvp Is the damn cleric still so op as it was ? when i played it naked cleric with shield pwned assasin with bluegear
Yeah abyss its just great but its pvpvE with damn mobs it has nothin to do with clear pvp and fortress area yeah thats just excellent. I just loved fighting with bare nicks becouse theres no way that any computer can handle 200 vs 200 in 1 room + drops every 5 minutes when the siege is on. Maybe there is some pvp but theres no arenas no battlegrounds. Only way to fight 1vs1 is to challange m8 from your own race next to city

Aion will fall to wow unfortunately. Lacked too much content at release. Now while all of you can say "But remember what WoW was like at vanilla", Aion has got a PLETHORA of examples to go off. WoW only had a handful of mmos to learn from. So there was no excuse imo - u rush a game for release and it fails. Pity, I think the combat system in Aion is unbeatable, but as for the improvements it was all too little too late...

here is a tip for you... if you are a melee class DON'T run away when you are feared... it won't help you at all... try to stay as close as you can to the SM

dunno what lvl they are not 50. the templar should have poped aether armor to avoid that fear. and i personally would have used a GS. sword and board i find isnt epic until you get to 50 and get your noble balaur blad and shield and +10 them soon +15. with 75% damage reduction. etc etc. 19% attack speed in a one hander. 1.4 speed. its glory.
its always nice 2 have cippo jelly so @ almost 0 HP u eat it (or better @ start of duel) so u can use HoH - 100% heal and the party starts over ... at least 4 u :D
@polikokryo jeez mate at lvl 45 templar get aether armor that give like +800 MA for 30 sec and an geared templar at 50 have around 1,2k MA whiout that buff 2k for 30 sec he will resist 90% of your skills in that duration play more then comment thx.
@mightofgod well lvl 35 now and the only class that beats me is sorc. when i duel templars...well its actually some kind of training or warm up for me.

Ahh, that sucks. I hate running into ranged classes in the Abyss while I'm on my Assassin. I surprised she didn't take flight earlier in the fight, seeing as she would have had Winged Sage activated and it would have been much easier to kite you.
SM's are so frustrating. They get 3 fears. Everytime you get close to killing it their cooldown for fear is up and they get you again. It just doesn't seem right that a templar can't resist fear with Unwavering Devotion or something.
I think this game could beat WoW...i mean dont get me wrong wow was a great game while it lasted...but i mean i hear people automatically jumping to the conclusion that Aion is going to fall to wow....i know it wont...it has better graphics and what seems better pvp....i dont have the game but from hat ive seen this game is amazing
I played aion for like 6 months and belive me it has no chance against wow. You said is seems to have better pvp. This game got only PvPvE and its fucked up honestly. You have no battlegrounds except 1 battle ship full of balaurs every 4 HOURS ! (it was called dregdion if i remember) and thats it about pvp.) dont count fortress zergs . (even if they switch to optiion that they dont see any characters around they still got drops and dc's every 5 minutes, so pvp inaion is bullshit

templars are COMPLETE crap for 1v1 abyss pvp. if you arent able to kill most of the classes 1v1 in abyss then its NOT your fault. templars have extremely limited ranged options thats why they cant kill anyone, they suck hard even in small group pvp. only uses templars have are lag pulls during mass pvp (Ive been many times pulled on 20+ meters range due to lags). other than that, they completely suck in pvp.
my gameplay sugestion for templars pvping in abyss: RUN AWAY!
No class sux dick, be that good or bad. Some classes specialize in gradual dps, some in area dps (glads), some in burst dps and others in completely different tasks. Every player's aim is to play his char right, in the right place, under the right circumstances... I hav to admit tho. An SM fight always spices sh*t up ^^

I noticed How every SM i've seen so far kite thier opponent when Ganking or Dueling. I play mine differently. I dun run. I stay in one spot and Tank them till they die. There's other ways to play SM without having to kite an opponent <3
I don't use my fears unless I'm VS 2+ people. In 1v1, I like to give them a chance. I'm Stigma'd into roots and everything. It took me from level 30 to 48 (current) to get the timing down on my roots and slows without having to resort to using cheap fears. Also, <3 Water Spirit ^_^
Obviously, you can't win if you're pelted with a ton of curses. :/ But you did a decent amount of damage to that guy eventually. Besides, melee-classes never do well against casters during airfights. Its amazing how you held out so long. :D

if you attack me first I'm gonna activate my 'spirit substitution' stigma so 100% dmg goes to my spirit and I'll heal it ^^ while attacking you

@PrinceVampiro play wow and Aion and i have something to say here, Aion is still a baby mmo you cant judge it yet give it 2 years we will see where it goes, also look at wow 6 years old with no new engine, its graphics are way out of date and in game content can be lacking without new expansions, this is not good in 3 years if there is no signifigant change in wows engine, or a brand new one all out wow will die, over the year and a half of wtolk i lost 15 friends, multiply that by 3

@PrinceVampiro and you have 45 friends thats my whole friends list, and if there are 5 million players losing 45 friends each the game will die it just will theres no way around it, however aion has its flaws it is a bit grindy at times and can be a bit stiff as far as movement such as wow u have great mobility in aion not so much its choppier movement but the graphics and in game content makes up for it, pvpve is a great example, you go in and kill npcs while watchin for enemy players :)

Guys i play Aion... I'm a lvl 50 chanter.
At low lvls templar suck, it start beat other ppl then 40 with a good equip.
Anyway SpiritMasters beat more than other classes!
To defeat a spirit master u need much magic resist, so u need a rly good equip.
Anyway this temp when did the video was a noob, he/she runned -.-'

@folken53 No, ive played the game hoping it will get better in time but i was wrong,i have lvl 50 chanter and lvl 30gladiator, and i cant belive i wasted so much time to this fcking game i mean just when i think that there was a quest(some mirka earings i think,asmodian side) that i killed maybe around 1500 mobs to get it its just makes me sick and also grinding for 4 hrs a day to get 1 peace of armor that at the end you wont even have it,i mean what more to say, except dont ever install it

dunno what lvl they are not 50. the templar should have poped aether armor to avoid that fear. and i personally would have used a GS. sword and board i find isnt epic until you get to 50 and get your noble balaur blad and shield and +10 them soon +15. with 75% damage reduction. etc etc. 19% attack speed in a one hander. 1.4 speed. its glory.

@polikokryo jeez mate at lvl 45 templar get aether armor that give like +800 MA for 30 sec and an geared templar at 50 have around 1,2k MA whiout that buff 2k for 30 sec he will resist 90% of your skills in that duration play more then comment thx.

Ahh, that sucks. I hate running into ranged classes in the Abyss while I'm on my Assassin. I surprised she didn't take flight earlier in the fight, seeing as she would have had Winged Sage activated and it would have been much easier to kite you.

SM's are so frustrating. They get 3 fears. Everytime you get close to killing it their cooldown for fear is up and they get you again. It just doesn't seem right that a templar can't resist fear with Unwavering Devotion or something.

@Forgotten395 Aion's PvP COMBAT is better than WoW's definitely. But unfortunately the current PvP content is NOT.
World PvP gets old when you spend hours simply wandering looking for a fight and not finding one.
The only BG, Dredgion, pops 3 times a day and fort sieges are not often enough and very difficult for even a good PC to manage.
They just need more PvP content and we will be good but atm not enough opportunity to enjoy the superior combat.

I played aion for like 6 months and belive me it has no chance against wow. You said is seems to have better pvp. This game got only PvPvE and its fucked up honestly. You have no battlegrounds except 1 battle ship full of balaurs every 4 HOURS ! (it was called dregdion if i remember) and thats it about pvp.) dont count fortress zergs . (even if they switch to optiion that they dont see any characters around they still got drops and dc's every 5 minutes, so pvp inaion is bullshit

templars are COMPLETE crap for 1v1 abyss pvp. if you arent able to kill most of the classes 1v1 in abyss then its NOT your fault. templars have extremely limited ranged options thats why they cant kill anyone, they suck hard even in small group pvp. only uses templars have are lag pulls during mass pvp (Ive been many times pulled on 20+ meters range due to lags). other than that, they completely suck in pvp.
my gameplay sugestion for templars pvping in abyss: RUN AWAY!

No class sux dick, be that good or bad. Some classes specialize in gradual dps, some in area dps (glads), some in burst dps and others in completely different tasks. Every player's aim is to play his char right, in the right place, under the right circumstances... I hav to admit tho. An SM fight always spices sh*t up ^^

I noticed How every SM i've seen so far kite thier opponent when Ganking or Dueling. I play mine differently. I dun run. I stay in one spot and Tank them till they die. There's other ways to play SM without having to kite an opponent <3

I don't use my fears unless I'm VS 2+ people. In 1v1, I like to give them a chance. I'm Stigma'd into roots and everything. It took me from level 30 to 48 (current) to get the timing down on my roots and slows without having to resort to using cheap fears. Also, <3 Water Spirit ^_^

Obviously, you can't win if you're pelted with a ton of curses. :/ But you did a decent amount of damage to that guy eventually. Besides, melee-classes never do well against casters during airfights. Its amazing how you held out so long. :D
