why the fuck do you think it's designed to give a high THC level? because it's illegal, people want their money's worth. no one's gonna keep buying a tenners worth every week which lasts them about one or two smokes if someone else they know is selling skunk for the same price which lasts them two or three times longer, especially TEENAGERS.
