This is only true once you have the itouch, mac mini and airport express/wifi all set up. Why not show all that crap as well.

What crap? You only need airport express if you don't want the Mac near the audio set. Just plug in a toslink and yr good to go. And yes you will need a iPhone or iPod Touch that you will have to set up.. once. And that will take about 5 minutes.
